The Oh Hi Gif Ethos
The origin of this site's moniker and identity is ultimately quite simple - why contribute to discussion with a well thought out message when you could instead send a GIF.
The specific "Oh Hi Gif" was created by combining the quote Oh Hi Mark from the excellent film The Room starring star Tommy Wiseau with the concept of sending a slight excess of GIFs into Oh Hi Gif.
